Word: Good (Thurs. 4/9)
“For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Ephesians 2:10
The earth is full of God’s goodness because He is a good God! God’s very nature and character is good. In every season of life, situation or circumstance whether in abundance or in need, we can trust and move forward in hope because we know that our God is good.
Whether it is a Resurrection Weekend or any given day, our God is good and He is worthy of all our praise and adoration to the FULL. There will never be another April 9, 2009 – ever in all of history. Live it to the full and to the great glory of God as we are compelled by the thought of His goodness. May the knowledge and power of God’s goodness overwhelm you and catapult you into your destiny – fighting and holding on until it is complete. And make sure you take others with you!!
His goodness endures. Let’s continue to respond to that goodness in how we maximize today as it is still called today.
Prayer: Dear Father, my heart of overwhelmed with thoughts and reflections of your goodness. Surely your goodness covers the earth and has marked my life. Give me strength to press forward and press in that the greatness of God may be revealed in and through my life. I bless you. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
