Word for Today: Submit

“Be glad for all God is planning is for you.” Romans 12:12a

Submit and bow down to all of who God is and all that He is doing. Whether you fully understand His plans or whether it is just entirely uncomfortable to you, submit.

Yield to Him and in your submission, watch His marvelous plans unfold for your life. God will not compete with you for the driver seat because He is a perfect gentlemen. He respects your freedom.

May God help us today to give up our “right” to be in control all the while realizing we were never really in control at all.

Prayer: Dear Father, I yield and bow down to you and to all of your ways. Help me to constantly and daily yield lordship to you and you alone. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
