Restore to Original Intent

God is restoring His Church to it's original intent. He is looking for a people who will be used by Him to restore honor back to the local church, restore the altar of praise, restore the sacredness of marriage, and essentially EVERYTHING He has created.

As a society, we have watered down and devalued the meaning of things far from its' original intent and design by its' Creator. Not only have we watered down and devalued things in our mind, we have become a people who are careless and reckless with our words. We throw our words and terms lightly and twist them out of context.

Everyone is your "homeboy" or your "dawg." Jesus is devalued to nothing more than your homeboy, your parents are your "dawg" or your "peeps," the person of the opposite sex is "eye candy" or "your catch of the day" and the word "I love you" is thrown out and slapped onto almost everything we say without regard to whether that is what we truly feel - "I love ice cream, I love this celebrity, I love that store, etc."

Marriage is no longer sacred and held as one that needs to be honored and taken seriously. Marriage has been demeaned to something we just "do" because it is the next "natural" course of action. And then we see this ripple of affect where marriage then becomes something we just break and get out of because that is the "next" course of action when we don't feel like working it out and it just isn't as fun and convenient for us any longer.

Where are the people who are in it for the long haul? Where are the people who desire to see honor and sacredness restored back to the things God has created to be holy and pleasing to Him?

I am so thankful and incredibly humbled that we ARE staring down at the next great revival. God's people are rising and taking their rightful place. As God's people, we must dare to be lovingly "controversial." Not obnxious and looking for a debate. But people who would make a stand for what they believe in and live a life unashamed helping to breakdown strongholds and bringing people into the knowledge of the "REAL LIFE" they have been missing but called to live.

We do this all in love for God is Love. We must find a balance between speaking the Truth with grace, love and great humility. We are not out to judge, we are simply called to shed light where the enemy has taken for the kingdom of darkness.

Now who's looking to be in the business of restoration and renovation? Unlayering and pulling hidden treasures. Glory be to God!!
