Word for Today: Everyday
“…Each day proclaim the good news that he saves.” Psalm 96:2b
Everyday is an “evangelism” day. Scripture clearly tells us to “proclaim the good news that he saves” EACH DAY. May God help us to continually live out the good news as a natural part of our being and the boldness to proclaim that good news at every given moment.
Our society has conditioned us to be event driven and what God intended to be an everyday occurrence has become something we reserve for an “appointed” time or a special occasion. May God help us to return back to all that He intended, the way that He intended. Someone needs to hear the good news that he saves TODAY.
Prayer: Dear Father, thank you for your love and grace that has saved my life. May I actively make the most of all my days knowing that someone is needing salvation today lest I wait for an event or occasion to share the Gospel. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
