stop
before you draw a conclusion, speak or run with a thought that may not be completely of God, stop. take a deep breath, take inventory of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health right at that moment and then decide what thoughts you will entertain and what actions you will soon take.
our minds are bombarded with a million thoughts -- but not all of those thoughts are of God and certaintly not ones that would merit even a second thought that would lead us to an action -- perhaps a regretable one.
if your phyiscal body is tired or you have not had adequate "Jesus" time -- stop. don't make decisions or draw conclusions because you are in no position to do so wisely at that moment.
stop. sort out. and allow your mind to settle down on what IS true.
