Word: In or Out (Tues. 11/3)
“Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season…” II Timothy 4:2
Always be prepared and ready to share the hope of Glory that has rescued your life whether the time is “favorable” or “not favorable.” And if necessary, use words. Be a living epistle and live in such a way that people are naturally drawn to the God in you. God is so attractive and captivating that His presence alone draws all kinds of people at all sorts of times. Therefore, every season is a great season to share the Love of Christ!
May God help us to seize every moment and make them God-moments and to shift from viewing interruptions as a disruption to our day or schedule but rather heavenly moments divinely ordained by God Almighty. Praise God for He NEVER categorizes us as an interruption
in His day or puts us on “hold” until He finishes a task. Jesus was available and was constantly prepared because He was continually about the Father’s business – taking care of people and teaching them Truth. So whether the timing is convenient for your schedule or whether you “feel” like sharing or not, be prepared in and out of season.
Prayer: Dear Father, every season is a great season to share the Gospel and the love of Christ. May I seize every moment by preparing myself as a result of my intimate relationship with the Father so that my life may overflow. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
