Living
Praise the Lord a co-worker today asked me to pray for him for discipline - esp. in the area of dieting & prioritizing his life. Praise the Lord!! From what I gather, he is a believer but does not practice & somewhere along the way got so wrapped up in this world. He has a good heart though & expresses interest in getting back in the church.
He sits in the cubicle in front of me. We chat here & there with our other co-workers. I often share praise reports & answered prayer requests. Today he came up and said, "since you are good at getting prayers answered, could you please pray for..." :)
God is funny. Praise the Lord for the opportunity to be His instrument. There is power in prayer & when we open our mouth to simply ask if we can pray for someone. How can they reject that? :) try it, God will use it to open many ministry doors.
