Word for Today: Decide (Monday 10/27)
The difference between victory and defeat, success and failure, hope and hopeless, joy and sorrow is this, a decision. A simple decision we choose to make beginning in our minds.
God is challenging us to be a people who resolve and decide to choose His promise and His ways over what our feelings demand and certainly what our situations at times can attempt to dictate.
God’s Word says this: “Then he said to them all: “If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.” Luke 9:23
The life we live in Christ is a daily decision to choose Him and to choose His ways. Call upon the Lord for He is ready to give us grace and strength to do His will.
