Word for Today: Bless

“…The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; may the name of the Lord be praised.” Job 1:21b

In all things, bless the name of the Lord. If you are lying on your sick bed, on your last dime, received some disappointing news or weighed down by the weight of the burden you carry, bless the name of the Lord.

Our God is good, ALL of the time. Bless His name in the good and in the bad for He NEVER changes. His love is more than enough and it will carry and sustain us through all our days. Regardless of what you face today, bless the name of the Lord. Give thanks for His love is great!

Prayer: Dear Father, I love you and bless you my Sovereign God. You are good, all of the time and I put my trust in you. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
