how do you determine need? everyone is in need. to be given such a responsibility to determine who gets what which essentially means someone is not getting something is a great task. man, i am sure glad i am not God. but then again, that is why God has principles in place -- follow the principle, yield the fruit. pretty simple if you think about it God's way.
