As we surrender to God’s Lordship daily, die to our flesh and carry our cross daily, we are making room for the King of Glory. And where the King of Glory resides and dwells, sweet blessings, sweet presence and sweet joy overflowing! Hallelujah!
God so desires to bless His people and to release each and every one of us into our destiny – Promise Land. God also longs to give us the desires of our hearts. So if it is true indeed that God desires and longs for such things, what is the hold up or hindrance to the flow? This is a matter of making room and is there enough room in your life.
Surrendering, dying to the flesh and carrying our cross daily are an act of making room for God and for His blessings in our lives.
Dare to take inventory of your life. What are you holding on to? Even good things, "christian" things that you are holding on to that is not allowing room for God to do a new thing or to give you greater things? What do you need to lay down so that God would raise it up in a greater and wider span?
You have nothing to lose, but EVERYTHING to gain.
