Word: Worth It (Monday 6/1/09)
"You are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God..." I Peter

You are God's precious chosen one. You are valuable and a costly treasure in the sight of God. God adores you for who you are, not for what you do or can do. Period.
Be reminded today that you are worth it. You have been bought with a great price, the blood of His one and only Son Jesus Christ. Today if the enemy attempts to creep up and say "you are worthless" or "deserve to be mistreated," don't believe that liar! If you have found yourself caught in sin, you are still worth it. His blood is still enough. You are worth it because God determines who you are. And who you are is quite enough.
Blessed be our Father who loves us with an everlasting love and shows us our true worth in Him.
Prayer: Dear Father, Thank you for reminding me today that I am valuable and precious in your eyes. I find great freedom in knowoing that I am loved by the King of all kings! In Jesus' Name, Amen.
