God is looking for committed people - people who are committed to Him and to His kingdom, period. We need committed people even if there is no apparent "gain" for ourselves during the process.

Committed people. Committed to God, to the people He calls us to serve, to our responsibilities, period.

Too many people in the ministry for selfish gain and self fame. Be committed to God and His Glory.
