an evening

Last night we had an amazing evening of simple worship - fellowship, song, the Word and prayer. We will begin meeting every other month with our leadership team at one of their houses to simply be nourished and fed. We come not us leaders, pastors, or even servants - while we are still all of those things for how can you 'take-off' something that is intricately a part of you and who you are. But we primarily came in our hearts as a son and a daughter, seeking time with our Daddy. And indeed our Father showed up in an amazing way.

Looking forward to many more of those moments of intimate worship. Our team is being strengthened and unified and NO doubt, we are FOR each other! God reminds me continuously that we, pastors, are only able to do what we do because of the great men and women who lead on the front lines day in and day out and support us with their love, prayers and hearts of submission unto Jesus Christ.
