I heard the song again last night and I cried! On our wedding day, I didn't cry but for some reason hearing the song again this many years into our journey struck something deeper...as it should. At this particular juncture and season, my heart -- whew, if only you knew. I cherish that man of mine but even more, I rejoice IN the God that gave him to me.

This year for our anniversary we are renewing our vows, meaning, we are writing our own. Of course I meant my vows the first go around but it is good and necessary to renew and rekindle, of course! As believers, we meant the sinners prayer the first time but we continually draw closer to the Father. Why not do the same with the most important human relationship on earth, your spouse?

Truly how the beautiful hand of God that weaves the various threads of my life, my beloved and all others into this one beautiful tapestry. What a beautiful story, one only God can write this good!
